I moved to Wyoming almost ten years ago, back in 2014, and I immediately fell in love with the Cowboy state. I have a background in the tech industry, and used that experience working for local service providers in Wyoming and Montana.

I noticed that service providers no longer help their customers with the equipment that’s used with their services, and they won’t even tell you who to turn to for answers.

Although customers no longer have many options for support, the need is still there. There is an even greater need these days, as the technology out there is always changing and it is hard to keep up with in the best of times.

It hurt my heart to have to tell people that I couldn’t help them, when I knew I had the ability to fix the problem or that I could help them obtain the vision of what they were trying to do. So this was the natural direction my heart took me in, setting out on my own to help those in need that were being ignored.
