If you have agreed to a service, and we are on-site to provide and fulfill that service, we may be inadvertently privy to other personal information for the duration of our on-site visit. Data Retention of Personal Information. Though we do not retain any of your information on our site, we will collect and store some of your personal data if you submit a contact form or if you request a service and we fulfill your request. If our interactions are limited to simple questions about our services, or just the initial contact form submission, we will ensure that any records of your personal data are removed from our systems and devices within approximately 18 months of the initial contact.

If a service is agreed to, and fulfilled, we may actively retain some of your personal data for up to 3 years for financial, work record, and bookkeeping. We will only maintain certain specific personal and private info, insofar that it helps us to maintain our on-demand work fulfillment relationship. If you have not requested more services after the initial service fulfillment, we may need to purge our systems and devices of your personal data after a 3 year period to ensure we comply with federal and state laws. If you continue to solicit services from our team, we will continue to maintain data security of your personal information up until a 3 year lapse has occurred; at which point we will consider our work relationship complete and purge our systems and devices of your personal data for the reasons stated above.

Children’s Privacy & Sensitive Data. We do NOT direct our services to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or retain any personal or sensitive info for anyone that is under the age of 18, or from anyone that is not understandably capable of giving their consent to the handling of their personal and private data. If we suspect or determine that we are interacting with anyone who is under the age of 18, we will not collect their personal data and terminate all interactions with them. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personal data from a child under the age of 18, we will make reasonable efforts to purge such personal data and information from our records on our systems and devices.

Marketing Options & Information Sharing. We will not market any facet of our services to you, as we are an on-demand service fulfilment team. You do not have to Opt-Out of any marketing schemes, because we will not call or email you to tell you about options for services you did not request, there is no account for us to review and no products to upsell you on, and we don’t have coupons or promotional codes. We are here to support you, but only when you need us. We’ll give you our card, if you want one on hand, but that is as far as we will go for marketing.

We will not share or sell your information with or to any other entity. Ever. We don’t believe in “anonymizing” your info for other entities to scrub up and use to try and sell other services to you or anybody else, nor do we believe in “telling secrets” to folks we do or don’t know. If you had enough faith to trust us with your personal and private information, then we will treat it with the same level of sanctity and inviolability as we treat our own and protect it with the highest of regards.

Changes to This Privacy Policy. We may need to occasionally change this policy, in order to stay in adherence with any federal and state rulings, laws, and regulations, any other regulatory requirements, and also to ensure that we are doing our best to keep up with any new technologies and industry practices. We will not reduce your Privacy rights, but we may need to augment how they are stated here for legal reasons and purposes. We greatly appreciate your trust in us and what we provide to you, and we would not ever want compromise that trust.
